Can I get paid for taking care of my boyfriend before he p?

My fiancee p away 10/14/10 I lived in Lancaster, CA I took care of him for about a year before he die in my arms, prior to his death I took care of him 24hrs a day 7 days a week. I know a care giver gets paid $21.00 an hour. Can I sue his estate for taking care of him? His daughter who was never in his life has taken over his estate and now claims that I have to pay her rent on the home him and I share for 4 1/2 yrs but the house will be going into forecloser and I don't see why I have to pay her rent. She is not the owner of the house I call the bank to let them know whats going on. And a Lawyer said that they have to evic me out of here. His mom and I have been going through alot since he p, they turn off all my utilities they have come to her house with police to try to get her to let them in my house. But it seem that no one wants to help us. We were the ones in his life, I never met his older daughter until she show up to my house with locksmith trying to lock me out. Everyone from his dad who was never in his life either and he hated his dad and ask me not to trust him. Now his daughters are coming at me one is 14yrs and the other is 28yrs both from different mothers. They were never in his life and didn't want anything to do with him while he was alive. But now that he p they are at my door trying to get all my stuff. I just want to know can I charge his estate for the care I gave him?
