Who can i report a burger van owner to?

I have visited a burger van on 2 separate occasions on a market, and each time i have purchased a hot dog from the same seller. A few hours after eating the hot dog I have felt very ill and had the runs and stomach cramps. I want to report this burger van as I do not think they are very hygienic, who would be my first port of call?
