GET IT RIGHT UK Romanian & Bulgarian beggars on the streets of the UK?THEY DO NOT?

They are not Romanians,Bulgarians,Hungarians or any of the other former eastern block citizens.They are gypsies who have their own language and culture.Most people from the former eas tern block countries are very well educated and can speak several languages.They will be a threat to the west only because they are hard working and bright.I am an American who lives part-time in central Europe.I have seen first hand how industrious the people of the east are.
