Childhood vaccinations: infants under 12months?

i want to make sure my son does not develop a toxicity due to combination vaccination. what does one recommend? does it help to get one shot per visit and seperate it by two weeks. i dont feel comfortable with him getting multiple shots in one visit. the amount of vaccinations a child gets has said to have increased since years past and certain vaccines have been recalled. i just want to ensure the health and safety of my son who is currently soon to be one month old.,
