Does brown eyeliner give my eyes some "oomph" but not give away that im wearing makeup because i like a .....?

natural look. i have dark brown eyes and used to use black but dont like it i want something natural looking like i said that doesnt really give away that im wearing any ..where can i buy cheap brown eyeliners in the Uk if u think i would suit it
