How do you effectively stop subwoofer s from ruining your RIGHT to peace & quiet?

I feel your pain and I hate it when hispanics do the same thing. Tell them that you will call immigration if they don't stop. If they don't then call immigration, even if it's a false call they will die down. If not then call the police. Having such b can be annoying if done a lot and it's also a crime to disturb the peace. I hate hearing "DALE DALE DALE" all through the night.
