Rate my new synchro deck!?

This isn't the best build I've seen, honestly the best way to go is DAD synchro. That's the deck I have now and its crazy good. Oh and try using Instant Fusion, yes fusions take up some space in the Extra deck but choosing which level monster you special summon to hook up with a tuner is broken.
