Why are FOREIGN COUNTRIES always ahead of recognizing Filipino talents?
To name a few there is Manny Pacquiao, Boxer of the Decade; Efren "Bata" Reyes, Pool Player of the Decade; Efren Pe�aflorida, CNN Hero of the Year; and in the music industry Charice Pempengco, Rap Salazar, and Arnel Pineda. Why?
