Arm and neck hurting after bicycle accident?

On Wednesday I was driving my bicycle down a large hill when my shoelace got caught in my bike chain. When I got to the end of the hill I couldn't petal so I tried to stop my bike but I couldn't hold my balance and fell over. The top part of my body landed on the gr and the lower part landed on the sidewalk. My bike also fell on top on me. I got up and drove home and I was fine but my wrist was a little sore. I was surprised because it was quite a hard fall and I thought I would've gotten hurt. I was fine for the rest of the day but on Thursday morning I woke up with severe pains in my neck and in my right arm. I took some advil for the pain but it doesn't seem to be making it any better. I can't lift my arm very high and it hurts to move both my neck and my arm. What could be wrong? Should I go see a doctor or will it clear up in a few days?
