My 2003 Saturn Vue Makes a weird noise when you turn?

Hi, I have a 2003 Saturn Vue. When ever you turn the wheel it makes this noise such as it is caught up on something or it is rubbing some thing. What could I do to fix this noise? Or what could it be? Thanks So much for your time.
