HELP I have tried EVERYTHING?

When you have done all the things that the pro's have told you. Payed 100$'s in training. Talked to every expert. Ok, one last question about last years stimulus. My parents are both retired and my dad works part time and recieves social security and his pension. My mother is now a homemaker, and just started recieving social security last year but has no job outside the home and no pension. They recieved $600 for the stimulus after filing jointly. Will they recieve the additional $600 that they didn;t get last year this year since she has now earned enough of social security or will the amount they got (umingly for my dad) be it?

Ok you're entitled to your opinion but you're ignoring too many facts. One they'll finish third you say?? Well the Eagles have dominated the Giants 6-0. Even when the Giants are making the Eagles their b�tches in a game, they still manage to lose and not much different when it's a close game. The Cowboys will still have to deal with other issues of their defense with their secondary and D-Line which has been known to be inconsistent as well as Brady James and Keith Brooking not playing well anymore. I don't see them being able to compete well with the Eagles O. I don't think I need to mention Washington right?? Also Vick might have been "figured out" or maybe he just got worn down by the hits IDK. Summer vacation turned into legal child custody nightmare!?

I was given sole custody of my daughter in '06 and permission from the judge to move out of IL with her. A visitation schedule was settled between her father and I, she was to have summer vacations with him. On 6/18/08 I boarded her on a flight from California to Illinois and a month later her father was somehow able to obtain temp custody, which I was unaware of until I spoke to family. I cannot even believe this happened and now I'm back in IL after having to quit my job and leave everything back home to try and even see my child. It has been a nightmare. I sent her with her own cell phone with GPX in case of an emergency, it appears he keeps the phone off because when I call, it goes right to voice mail. When I call his phone, forget it, he does not answer and does not reply to my texts. I hear from her every 2 wks if I'm lucky now. I'm not a junkie, I don't drink, I don't even smoke! I know she was a bit lonely being the only child and was asking my fiance when he was going to marry me and give her a little brother or sister.. Her dad has three other daughters, is married. I just found out today from the school she is attending that she is failing all her cles, she was an honor roll student when she was with me, her grades were above average and her only issues were that she hated to have to read for 30 mins everyday. I don't understand how a judge could decide this without giving me the opportunity to defend myself against whatever is being said. We had a hearing in Sept, now it's been continued for Jan.. I barely get to speak to my daughter and haven't seen her since the 18th of June when I put her on a plane to see her dad, I have dreams about her and it is killing me. I am pleading with her dad to return her and trying to make him understand that I want to raise my child. If anyone can advise me on a similar situation or offer any legal advice, I would be be most appreciative. I'm not some bitter woman trying to keep the kid from her dad. I tried for yrs to keep them in contact, he went as far as to plead to the judge to revoke his parental rights just to avoid having to pay a measly $100. a month in support! After that and statements from teachers and my daughter which proved he was abusive, I was granted sole custody and I never even asked for it. If you are standing where I am in this situation, it's clear that he's trying to get out of paying support and probably claim her on his taxes, he tried doing that in the past and got in trouble for it. I just want to raise my daughter, I know I have more to offer her and that's what I plan on explaining to the judge, but after having this happen, I don't know where this judge's mind is at. He's finally going to let me pick her up for the weekend, but I have to provide a notarized letter stating where I'll be with her this weekend.. HE'S TOTALLY POWER TRIPPING! Nonetheless, I am being cooperative, but I want things to get back to normal. I even told him that I am willing to appear in front of the judge and request that child support be waived because losing my little girl is not worth it. It takes him 2-3 months to pay anyway, can't even fit it into our monthly budget! The only info I have as far as how he was able to get temporary custody came from his jailbird dad who wrote to ME. He claims my daughter was evaluated by a child rep where she stated that she wanted to live with her dad and go to school with her sisters. As far as I know, this isn't a reason to just tear a child away from their legal parent! I would think the judge would have asked us to appear in court together to decide on this??

Hi. At different points of my life, i have gone through a few phases of depression, but they were controlled and eventually i moved on. But as soon as i got to high school things started to go back to the way they were, if not they are worse. I have lost all morals, I do not see value in human life, friendship, or relationships with relatives. I don't want companionship either. Every day is like a kick in the ***. All my friends like me, but I feel i have no use for them. I don't care about anything, therefore, i have not been able to hold up a decent work ethic, or express emotion when something upsetting, shocking, or tragic happens, I am criticized heavily by my peers because of this. I have also engaged in self destructive behavior. Sometimes I lock myself in the bathroom for hours on end and tell myself in the mirror how much of a failure i am. I think i'm a loser, and that i'm destined to be a criminal, despite the decent living conditions i live in. I recently tried marijuana, but was immediately caught by my parents. It did help, but when i got caught, i was pushed even deeper into my own personal hell. My dad now hates me. I had considered the possibility that i am psychopathic, but i promptly abandoned the thought of it, considering i do have emotions, but all of them are negative and i dont have the energy to express them. Also, and most importantly, i've been having suicidal and angry thoughts all day, every day. I can't sleep at night, but i can't stay awake during the day. I have completely lost the will to live, and i need help. Please help me.

Has anyone had a dog with a dislocated shoulder? Please read.?

Our dog was hit by a car and has a dislocated shoulder. Once it was put back in place the vet put a bandage on the leg and around his back to keep it supported and in position. They asked for him to go back 3 days later to go back under anaesthetic to have his bandage changed. We didn't query this at first but when we picked him up the vet said he needed his bandage changed again 4 days later. I couldn't understand it because it is only a support bandage and we are really worried about the trauma going under an anaesthetic causes our dog. When we asked about it, they said it was because dogs can get pressure sores under the bandage if they aren't changed. It's not that I don't trust the vet, but it seems awful for the poor animal to be put under every 4 to 5 days for two and a half weeks just to have a bandage changed on the chance he may get a sore! What do you think? Has anyone been in this position? Has anyone had a dog in a similar situation, and if so, what did your vet do?

I own both the ptr91 & the cetme , I just use the Cetme to play around with ,the ptr (HK clone) is accurate fast reliable & it handles well (albeit a little heavy) As everyone seems to know they both chew up br & throw it a country mile I've shot the AR10 it shoots well at the range & I hear nothing but good things about the FAL FN . Even my relatively inexpensive CETME functions reliably . See if you can borrow one or two from friends & try for yourself , it's a personal thing.

All of these organizations have made boxing championships somewhat of a farce. Unless you were like Bernard or Roy Jr. (both back in the day) and had all 6 belts, it really meant something. I think some of these organizations should combine or something; try to get back to 3 belts like back in the 80's. One guy having all 3 belts like Iron Mike did is pretty Diesel. Of course most fans agree that there are really only 3 that matter anyway. U should try to upgrade at catcher. First base with prince looks pretty good. Second base is week, johnson strikes out way to much, and is hit and miss. Great SS thats a given, kinda thin at 3rd as well. Im not a fan of Youk or Blake, who knows how long blake will be there with all of the indians up and coming prospects. Outfield looks solid, berkman, pence, bay, and anderson (who was a soild second half player last year). Pitching wise your good, as long as young stays healthy. Hope that escobar bounces back after an off year, and plan on llilly and harang doing about the same as they did last year. Overal, a above average team, def. playoff worthy.

Help keeping herbs alive?

I try every year to grow herbs, very unsuccessfully. I've just bought my first rosemary bush, a couple of basil and an oregano plant. How can I keep them alive? I don't know what I do wrong but I usually lose my basil within weeks. I keep the soil moist, not wet, it's in indirect sun for about 4 hours a day. My rosemary usually ends up drying up and dying when I transplant it to a larger pot even though I water it and try to keep it from drying. I give it as much direct sun as possible. This is my first experience with oregano.

(i have a week off before starting school). anywho, i've watched Pulp Fiction, Planet Terror, Death Proof, Sin City) i've seen these movies, and their other movies before... all i usually see lately are bad remakes, lame sequals, and so on... it seems to me that these two guys just get it! there movies are great, they are original... not just the run of the mill crap! their soundtracks have perfect timing, and really define the moment... they just leave me saying... WOW! does anyone feel the same!? their grindhouse movies match up with old flicks like return of the living dead, friday the 13th, zombie, the hills have eyes... films like that! modern expected "films" like SAW, or remakes of "halloween", "hills have eyes"... just do not cut it, or even in the same ball-park for that matter... i just wanna here others opinions.... no jerks, or lame ***'s that have no idea of where i am coming from! thanks!

Arm and neck hurting after bicycle accident?

On Wednesday I was driving my bicycle down a large hill when my shoelace got caught in my bike chain. When I got to the end of the hill I couldn't petal so I tried to stop my bike but I couldn't hold my balance and fell over. The top part of my body landed on the gr and the lower part landed on the sidewalk. My bike also fell on top on me. I got up and drove home and I was fine but my wrist was a little sore. I was surprised because it was quite a hard fall and I thought I would've gotten hurt. I was fine for the rest of the day but on Thursday morning I woke up with severe pains in my neck and in my right arm. I took some advil for the pain but it doesn't seem to be making it any better. I can't lift my arm very high and it hurts to move both my neck and my arm. What could be wrong? Should I go see a doctor or will it clear up in a few days?

Yesterday I had uncontrollable vomiting, diarrhea stomach pains. I was admitted to the hospital where they did some tests. They said I had an elevated number of white blood cells. Also, the ultrasound I took was inconclusive to appendicitis's. I also took a CT scan of my lower abdomen. The doctors said that looked normal. They said I still have a small chance appendicitis, regardless of the test results. They discharged me from the hospital with diarrhea and vomiting medication. The pain in my lower abdomen has returned since the pain medication they gave me got out of my system. I am convinced that this is more than the stomach flue, like the doctors said. I had a flue shot this year, and this pain is like nothing I ever experienced before. Last night the pain, before the painkillers were given to me, was a 10 out of 10. This morning, maybe the pain is at a 7 out of 10. I am still in a lot of pain, and don't know what to do. I am thinking about going back to the hospital. What do you think I have?

Ok so my "friends" are and are always using me as the target of their insults and jokes for no reason, I am the least flawed of them all and I barely react to it but they still decide to target me, I know it isn't my reaction because they once decided to turn on another one of our friends and he started crying even though they didn't insult him and they just decided to continue targetting me. Ok then they told me they were completely over what happened and that we should hang out during the summer so I said alright but now they are being stupid again and decided to go out without asking me or telling me that they are, they actually think I won't find out, well I did because I accidently stumbled on the information. I ask because im scared that i may be pregnant. But what keeps convincing me that im not is that my symptoms started in November a few days after receiving my 4th Depo shot. I live in Cheshire in the UK. The bird is roughly the size of a pheasant. it has a dark brown back. Along the Wing edge five white flashes. Its head is almost black, and this colour slowly turns to a much lighter grey as it gets under the birds stomach. It has quite long legs and quite long claws, coloured yellow. Lower Cholesterol Remedies?

I have had a long history of high cholesterol. I have been on simvastatin drugs for over 20 years and my levels are still high. I am up to 80 mg a day for the cholesterol and gemfibrozil for elevated triglycerides over the last few years. My high levels have ranged from 250-320 total cholesterol HDL always around 60. I am in the process of taking myself off these medications as I have found natural stuff that is working and Dr. is baffled. I have not changed my diet or exercise routines but only added two substances to my daily intake. I have lowered my cholesterol to 200 and HDL is still at 60. Tryglycerides are normal. I have taken myself off the tryglycerides meds and will cut my simvastatins in half. My next step is to increase my natural intake of what I believe is taking down my levels without meds. If there is an interest I will publish in a followup adder to this question on what I have added to my diet. However my question is this. Should I stop taking the meds without the Dr. knowledge and continue with my own ysis,until I am certain that these additons to my diet are a direct result of my improved blood results. My last two results show almost identical results.

Ok, so my mom talk's from morning till night about the end of the world and about everything, from a video game to tv, being a demon to be exorcised. And I mean it. Just now my bro typed " girls " on google, she caught him and supposedly exorcised him. My bro is atheist too so he was extremely pissed off of how stupid my mom is. He didn't even pay attention to the nonsense she spoke of. I asked him and he honestly tells me he wasn't watching any he was just staring at pictures of woman to learn to draw better and I know him extremely well, his not lying about it. This isn't the only time ANYTHING that happens she is already exorcising it, she always talks about earthquakes, since I was little she says EVERY YEAR, that this year will be the "end of the world" and that an earthquake will fall and explode the world. There was also one time she suspected I was a (which I am) because of how I dress and told me if I dared be a she would drag me to church and "exorcise" my demon. She is not abusive, just in case, she does respect us and has never crossed the line. She is the best mother I can ever have and I love her but I can't help but say I completely HATE HER when she starts exaggerating all the religious beliefs.
