Good LAN games for 3?

I can tell you a game without a download! Battlefield play 4 free you just have to attach adds-on(takes 3 seconds) then you have to update the beta. Then there you go multiplayer online game! If you want you can llok at it first at youtube. If you want a real lan game i prefer counter strike source it matches every thing you wrote. hope this helps.
