Why would anyone buy those overpriced computers?

Alienware is just ridiculous. For the price they sell their pcs you could save tons...Nobody needs all that extra garbage they try to lure people with and it's not hard to build your own, so why do people spend so much on them? A simple laptop with nothing special goes for around $600...You can buy a good video card for what, $250? Another $150-$200 on a motherboard, $200 on the CPU (depending on which you get ofc), like $35 on 4GB memory, and the rest on the HDD, accessories, etc......All you need is about $800 for a pc that will last you longer than that $600 you wasted on a media pc oO
