Should a well off finacially sibling help a brother less fortunate or go to a 'self-help' program instead?

She's just wanting to help you. Talk to her that you would rather do what you like to do. at least do her the favor a go to that thing since she has paid for it already. don't let her push you into something you don't want to do. just tell her that you would rather for to help you by lending you the money instead of her paying for something you don't need.
