Would killing Osama bin Laden after the September the 11th attacks have made a difference to global terrorism?

Possibly. But not invading and destroying Afghanistan & Iraq would have made a big difference. Now s like al-Qaeda have no problem recruiting members, all they have to do is show them the tens of thousnads of dead civilians killed by the USA. Well done, Bush & Obama, you made the world a whole lot less safe. US foreign policy strikes again. Will they EVER learn?
