How to get an agent/acting roles in a small city? (quite a long question)?

okay so i'm really really interested in pursuing a career in the acting industry and i'm 18 years old so my time is not exactly running out. i have a real pion for acting however absolutely zero experience unless you count the play that i performed at school when i was 11. i want to get an agent however i live in Geraldton, Western Australia with a population of about 30,000 people and 1 dingy theatre and no agents or anything of the sort. i dont know how to pursue a career in acting when there are basically no opportunities for me where i live and i'm still in school so i cant move out to seek an agent etc. also is it even possible to get an agent with no experience and then expect to get an acting part? this may sound conceited but i know i am a great actor, i really dont want this to sound like i'm full of myself but if i compare it to for example, cooking, its easy to know that cooking is something that comes naturally to you and that you're quite excellent at it. that is me an acting (even though i have no experience, you may just have to trust me on this). so i figured if i even got the slightest chance to audition for a speaking role i know i could have a very good chance of getting picked. please help me and my situation, its literally depressing me. thank you and sorry about the length
